A polished craft-show booth does more than display products. Clear signs and simple order forms help visitors understand prices, customization options and how to buy without waiting for a long explanation.
Essential booth signs
Prepare a business-name sign, price signs, payment-method notice and a concise sign explaining custom orders. Keep the most important information readable from several feet away.
Product and pricing labels
Use consistent labels for sizes, materials, included items and variations. If prices change by option, make the difference explicit before checkout.
Custom-order form
Capture the customer’s contact information, exact wording, color or size choices, proof approval, deposit, remaining balance and promised completion method. Repeat the final specifications back to the customer.
Payment and receipt records
Keep a simple sales record for cash and electronic payments. Provide receipts and make refund, exchange or custom-order policies visible before the sale.
Inventory and restock sheet
Count opening inventory, record sales and note popular designs or sizes. This turns the event into useful product research for the next show.
Setup and closing checklist
Include display hardware, lighting, bags, chargers, backup payment options, weather protection and an end-of-day cash and inventory check.
