Effective date: September 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of artisanfilesco.com and your purchase, download, and use of digital products offered by ArtisanFilesCo (“ArtisanFilesCo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, checking the box accepting these Terms, downloading a product, or using a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the product.
1. Digital Products and Delivery
All products are digital unless a product page expressly states otherwise. No physical item is manufactured or shipped. After successful payment, access is ordinarily provided through the confirmation page, customer account, email, or the marketplace used for the purchase. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining access to your account, downloading your files promptly, and retaining a lawful backup.
Product pages identify the included files, formats, page counts, editability, software or printing requirements, and other material limitations. Preview images and videos demonstrate the product but may show sample entries, device mockups, or pages at a reduced scale. The written product description and delivered files control.
2. License and Permitted Use
Unless a product page includes a different written license, your purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the product for personal use or the purchaser’s own internal business operations. Ownership and intellectual-property rights are not transferred.
You may enter your own information, print reasonable copies for your own permitted use, and provide a completed copy to a client, employee, contractor, caregiver, professional, or household member when reasonably necessary for the form’s intended workflow. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, upload to a file-sharing service, publish, give away, copy for unrelated third parties, claim as your own, use as a competing template, or use any product or source file to train, seed, or build a competing product collection. You may not remove ownership notices or use ArtisanFilesCo names, logos, graphics, listings, videos, or product files in advertising without written permission.
3. Templates Only — Not Professional Advice
ArtisanFilesCo products are general-purpose organizational templates and educational tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, clinical, insurance, engineering, architectural, code, appraisal, licensed home-inspection, safety, employment, human-resources, regulatory, or other professional advice or services. Purchase or use does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, clinician-patient, inspector-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
No template is represented as satisfying every law, regulation, licensing rule, contract requirement, insurance condition, professional standard, or industry practice. Requirements vary by location, activity, business, property, and time. You are responsible for determining what applies to you, modifying the product appropriately, and obtaining advice or approval from qualified professionals and relevant authorities before relying on a product for a regulated, safety-sensitive, contractual, financial, medical, caregiving, childcare, property, or business purpose.
4. Safety, Medical, Property, and Regulated Activities
Products do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide emergency instructions, certify safety, replace manufacturer directions or safety data sheets, establish chemical dosages, perform a licensed inspection, determine code compliance, establish property condition or value, or replace emergency services. Do not delay professional or emergency assistance because of information in a product.
Childcare, caregiving, contractor, home, inspection, pool, lawn, notary, business, and similar forms must be reviewed and adapted for applicable licensing, consent, disclosure, recordkeeping, background-check, insurance, environmental, health, safety, and local-law requirements. A checklist or form cannot identify every hazard or condition.
5. Sensitive Information and Security
You control the information entered into downloaded files. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for the intended purpose. Password trackers, medical records, emergency records, household inventories, client forms, and similar files may contain sensitive information after you complete them. Unless expressly stated otherwise, downloadable PDFs, editable files, and printed pages are not encrypted, breach-proof, or secure storage systems. You are responsible for device security, access controls, backups, physical security, lawful collection and sharing, retention, and disposal. We recommend secure offline storage for highly sensitive records and limiting copies and access.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee sales, traffic, search ranking, profit, savings, productivity, compliance, approval, safety, completeness, accuracy after customer modification, or any other outcome. Examples, sample entries, calculations, and suggested workflows are illustrative. You remain responsible for reviewing completed forms, formulas, totals, dates, selections, and outputs before use.
7. Prices, Payment, Discounts, and Taxes
Prices and lawful promotions may change before purchase. The price shown and accepted at checkout applies to that transaction. Discounts are subject to their displayed restrictions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. Payment is processed by the payment provider or marketplace identified at checkout and is also subject to that provider’s terms. Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes may be calculated, collected, and handled at checkout by us, a marketplace facilitator, or a payment platform. You remain responsible for taxes or reporting obligations that applicable law places directly on you.
8. Refunds and File Problems
Because digital access is provided promptly and digital files cannot ordinarily be returned, purchases are generally final after access or download. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to review disclosed requirements, or incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase.
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, cannot be opened as described, or is materially different from the product description, contact us with the order information and a description of the problem. When verified, we may provide reasonable troubleshooting, a replacement, a correction, or another remedy appropriate to the problem. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes a refund, cancellation right, warranty, remedy, or other consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or any product unlawfully; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; introduce malware; bypass security or download controls; scrape or automate access in a manner that burdens the service; misrepresent a product as an official, certified, licensed, government-approved, or professionally approved document; or use a product to deceive, discriminate unlawfully, cause harm, or facilitate fraud.
10. Intellectual Property and Reports of Infringement
The website and original products, text, designs, graphics, images, videos, branding, and compilation are owned by or licensed to ArtisanFilesCo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, contact us with identification of the work, the challenged material and URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and documentation showing your authority to act. We may remove or restrict disputed material while it is reviewed.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The store may rely on hosting, analytics, payment, email, marketplace, file-delivery, social-media, or other third-party services. Third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, security, content, or decisions. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
12. Availability, Corrections, and Updates
We may correct errors, improve files, update listings, discontinue products, restrict access for misuse, or temporarily interrupt the website. If we discover a material defect in a purchased product, we may provide a corrected version or other appropriate remedy. We do not promise permanent availability of every product, account feature, or historical download link, so customers should retain lawful backups.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, absence of all errors, or suitability for a customer’s particular legal, professional, technical, safety, or regulatory needs. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArtisanFilesCo and its owner, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, or data; or costs arising from customer modification, misuse, insecure storage, professional reliance, or failure to obtain required advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from a product or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArtisanFilesCo and its owner and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, prohibited redistribution, material modification, misrepresentation, infringement, privacy violation, or use of a product contrary to these Terms. This provision does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory law of your residence applies. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send a written description of the dispute and requested resolution and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, judicial proceedings must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Pasco County, Florida. You may also have rights to contact a consumer-protection authority or use a legally available small-claims process.
17. Electronic Agreement
You consent to transact electronically and to receive order records, notices, policies, and other communications electronically. Your checkout acceptance and other electronic actions may constitute your agreement and electronic signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may retain a copy of these Terms by printing or saving this page.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms for future use of the website and future purchases. The effective date appears above. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise and adequate notice is provided. The Terms presented and accepted at the time of a transaction govern that transaction, together with the applicable product page and policies.
19. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the applicable product page, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any written product license form the agreement concerning the purchase and use of the product. If marketplace terms grant mandatory rights that conflict with these Terms, those mandatory marketplace terms control for that marketplace transaction.
20. Contact
Questions, file problems, legal notices, and rights requests may be sent to artisanfilesco@outlook.com. Please include the order number when contacting us about a purchase.
