How to use the files
Download and extract the ZIP. Open a fillable PDF in a PDF reader that supports AcroForm text fields; save a copy after typing. Print the printable or low-ink edition at 100% / actual size on the matching paper size. Reprint pages whenever you need more records. Low-ink PDFs are printable, not interactive.
SVG page masters can be edited in a compatible vector editor. No Canva account, subscription or template link is required to use this product. The PDFs are recordkeeping forms: fuel economy, costs and totals are entered manually, not automatically calculated. This package does not include an Excel workbook.
Important details
Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and use qualified professionals for repairs. This organizer does not provide service advice, automatic reminders, recall lookup or live vehicle data. Store completed records securely because they may contain personal, vehicle and insurance information.
